Try to get up to the top of the mountains in the morning because the clouds seem to roll in as the day wears on. We found this to be true not only at the Jungfrauhoch and Shilthorn, but also when we went up to see the Matterhorn in Zermatt.

Thanks Matt. We were there last year and had one of the best days at the Jungfrau weatherwise. We are hoping for the same this year, and yes, do intend to make an early start.
