Traveling with 3 youths in Switzerland, is there anything similar to the Baden-Württemberg (or other Länder)- tickets where groups can travel locally for a set price or something? We just want to go from Zurich airport to Luzern or Konstanz area. Thanks!

Switzerland does have special fares for group travel, but a group is ten or more. I don't know of anything for four people, other than the Saver discounts that apply when you purchase Swiss passes. That does not apply to individual tickets. I cannot think of anything similar to the Länder tickets sold in Germany.
