Switzerland and travel east

We are a family traveling by car from Murren(Interlaken to Salzburg. Shoudl we stop on the way and stay in Fuessen or Reutte to see Neuschwanstein or stay near Innsbruck and travel to Fussen from Munich on our return trip. anyone with experience driving this trip in 2 daysand can recommend a place to stay. Thank you
