Swiss Rail pass and Museums

I thought there was a discount for swiss museums if a swiss rail pass was purchased. But then I check the site www.museumspass.ch and it seems you have to get the annual museum pass for free entry. Is that right?

We were hoping to see the olympic museum and chateau chillon.

The Swiss Pass includes free entry to most museums in Switzerland...including the two you listed. The list at www.museumspass.ch lists which sites are covered. The annual pass is a separate deal for the locals....just ignore it.
