swiss rail pass

I am going in begining of May. Should I buy swiss rail pass in advance? I am going to be there for 6 days.

3 days interlaken and
3 days lucern.

I already have eurail pass.

your eurailpass covers switzerland so why would you waste money on a swiss rail pass. eurailpasses cover all countries check the front cover to see which are covered. if its a select pass and not a global pass it may not cover it. what kind of pass is it?

Does eurail pass covers traveling within swiss by trains?

Your Eurail pass should cover you from your entry in Switzerland to Interlaken. From Interlaken into the Lauterbrunnen Valley (should you go there), your Eurail pass will only get you a 25% discount.
