Our family of 7 will be heading to France and Switzerland for two weeks and are trying to head off some of the costs by getting the right rail pass, especially related to the Swiss side. We will have 2 adults and a 17, 16, 14, 13, 11 year old in our party. We will be staying in Paris, doing a couple of day trips and then the Bernese Oberland. It almost seems that we should buy point to point tickets in France and then purchase a the regional Oberland pass and a junior card (or family card) for all the swiss travel. We will be in France for 8 days and Switzerland for 6 to give an idea of the timeframes and going to the top of Jungfrau is not imperative.
Thanks for any help.
