I have read & re-read all the charts but I still can't seem to find a definitive answer! If I have a Swiss pass, I know my 14-year old can travel for free on Swiss trains with the free family card. But is she free if I purchase trips to Jungfraujoch and Schilthorn -- or does she just get a discount on the ride like I would with the pass? I am really trying to figure out which pass will be right for our family and this information will help! Thanks for any help!

If you have any of the various passes and she is listed on the Family Card, she travels for free even on the Jungfraujoch and Schilthorn trips, as long as one parent is with her. You just show the Family Card along with your own pass when you buy your ticket.

Ditto Lola. What a bargain with the round trip fare to the Jungfraujoch from Lauterbrunnen close to $190 without any type of pass.
