Swiss Pass?

We will be in Switzerland for 6 days: Bernese Oberland and Bern. @ adults and 2 kids (12, 14). We will have a car. We plan to do hikes, Jungfraujoch, other attractions/activities in the mountains, maybe a couple museums. Trying to fuigure out which, if any, card/pass to buy. Thanks in advance for any advice

You really really don't need a car in Switzerland especially to do the things you speak of. The trains, gondolas, cogwheels, boats, etc go absolutely everywhere you need to go and with seemless timing and ease. Your kids will also travel absolutely free with you on public transport. If you can drop the car you will save a lot of money and headaches an probably have a much more enjoyable Swiss Trip. The Swiss Pass and the Half Fare Card are 2 popular passes. Swiss Pass covers ALL public transport 100% everywhere and gives discounts on the private rail lines like the expensive Jungfrau Trip. In the Lauterbrunnen Valley the SP will get you as high up as Mürren on Wengen for free. The Half Fare Card gives you 50% discount on all tickets that you purchase. Either way, all you have to do is get a free Swiss Family Cards for the kids and they go everywhere for free with you.
