ONE DAY in Paris, and Venice, one and a half days in Rome,, this schedule is too busy, too much jumping around. Not enough time to enjoy anything.

I would not go to Pisa.

You may like this schedule but I could not do it.

Too busy, for me too many hours would be burned up just getting from one place to another. I didnt map this out but its not clear all these connections leave any time to actually see anything. I'm sure folks here would suggest cutting out destinations, (perhaps cutting entire countries ) from your list.

Also, I notice you have set Jungfraujoch as a destination, which is a very weather-dependent site...if its foggy or raining you might have traveled a long way and spent a great deal for nothing. If you do leave Switzerland in your plans, have a plan "B" in case the weather is bad.

Deepak: I have the same comment as the other two repliers. Rick Steves likes to move fast, but even he strongly recommends staying two nights in most places and absolutely minimizing one night stays. Except for Milan your trip is mostly one night stops. The problem with this kind of itinerary is that it takes so much time to travel between destinations--plus getting to your hotel, checking in, unpacking, eating something, sleeping, packing up the next morning, getting to the train station or car park, getting to the next destination--repeating that process day after day, that you realize after day 3 of your trip, when it's too late to change your itinerary, that you spent a lot of money, time and energy only to have a very short time to actually do or see anything at your destinations. You see places very quickly under time pressure or as you're going by. You see mainly the inside of trains and train stations, or the road through the windshield of your car. If that's how you want your trip to be, don't change anything because that's how your trip is going to be. If you want help changing the trip, this link will help: Itinerary Planning 101
