Swiss Flexi Pass Saver

Can this pass be bought and used from Vaduz into Zurich? I saw a 'one way 1/2' fare in the SBB website. I would be spending 6 days in Swiss. 1 day in Zurich, 2 days in Lucerne, 2 days in Lauterbrunnen.

Thanks

By all means get a Swiss rail pass IF you intend to ride the neat cable cars. We started in Zurich to Lucerne to Interlaken to Chamonix, ALL on the pass. Trains are CLEAN and on time. Also the windows roll down. The train ride to Chamonix is out-of-this-world in its beauty. HAVE FUN and bring binoculars.

We bought 1/2 fare cards. As I recall, the cost of the 1/2 fare card was 99 Swiss Francs. For the two of us, is was about 198 Swiss Francs (about $140). To determine if this is a value, you will have to estimate how much train travel you will be doing and if saving 50% on your tickets will exceed about $70 each. It may, or it may not. Overall, we saved about $80.
