I am trying to decide which is my most cost effective option when it comes to renting a car. I'd like to do the Rail and Drive Pass for France, but am curious to what the cost of the Super CDW is with that pass compared to just renting a car from Avignon to get up to Pont-du-Gard. Has anyone out there done this pass and purchased the Super CDW? How do figure out how much it will cost?
