Suggestions on Hotels North of Paris

I will be touring Picardie and the area north of Paris the week after Thanksgiving and would appreciate recommendations on hotels -- Amiens, Beauvais, Compiegne, Soissons, Noyon, Senlis, maybe Arras etc. Also anything not to miss. Thanks
