Does anyone have suggestions for a restaurant open for Christmas dinner in Paris? We don't need anything extra fancy - just a nice dinner.
Your best bet would be at a major hotel with a dining room/restaurant that caters to travelers. Christmas is celebrated with family in France, even Paris.
We had a lovely dinner Christmas night at Bofinger. I made the reservations on-line a few weeks before. They are part of the FLO brasseries. Most brasseries will be open. A few restaurants close Christmas week for the holidays but you'll have plenty of places to go. There were also cafes and restaurants open during the day and a few museums. It's a nice day to walk around the city because there isn't much traffic and lots of people strolling. Enjoy.
