We will be in Europe for two weeks and are looking for an iPad application to record our daily activities each night. My wife & I will be using the same journal and would like to keep it separate by font or color. Have used our MacBook in the past but are only taking our IPad this time. Any suggestions?

I just purchased a new Ipad for a trip I am taking in September. I downloaded the Pages App to it for $10 and now it has a word processing program on it. I also paid for the Apple bluetooth keyboard to go with it, because I just could not adapt to typing on the Ipad screen itself. You can save documents on Pages and journal together, using different fonts, or you can journal using separate documents. I sent the Ipad to Spain with my daughter last week and she is using it for extensive writing - she likes it.

This is too weird! We already have Pages downloaded and never thought about using it as a journal! We bought the wireless keyboard for the same reason you did. Thanks for waking us up!
