Strollers in Paris

Does anyone know if umbrella strollers are allowed inside Notre Dame or up the Eiffel Tower?

Yes to both. Only they make you fold the umbrella strollers inside the elevators to go up the Eiffel Tower. Our baby was sleeping at one point so let us get through without the stroller folded.
