Strasbourg or Reims for one day?

We are spending a couple of nights in Colmar as a side trip from Paris. We have one additional day and night to spend before heading back to Paris. My wife and I are debating whether to head to Reims or Strasbourg. We are traveling by train. Thoughts?

If the weather is good, stay another night in Colmar, rent bikes and ride through the countryside. My husband and I did this a few years back. We would be on one "quiet" road and see a ruin on the next hill. We got on our bikes and headed in that direction. We'd stop at some of the wineries along the way. Of course we could hardly walk the next day but it was a wonderful experience. I don't know what time of year you will be there so if the weather isn't good, you "don't" want to do this.

Or you could stay in Colmar another day and take a wine trails tour that takes you to 3 nearby lovely villages (you get to choose). Send me a PM if you are interested.
However, if you have an interest in champagne!...then Reims is the place for you.
From what we were told (by several people), once you have been to Colmar, Strasbourg will be a letdown.
Personally, I'd stay the extra day in Colmar and take the wine trail tour -- it's just so beautiful.
