Just in the planning stages at this point, but would appreciate any suggestions. Our plan is to stay a few days in Paris, which we have been to before, then off to the Dordogne area. However, our vacation rental is Saturday to Saturday and we are thinkng about a stop part way between via the train. We would pick up a car in either Bordeaux or Limoges. We would get an early start from Paris so we could have a good part of the day, overnight, then onto Bordeaux by train the next morning. Any suggestions for a stop that makes sense? Thanks.
