staying in old town Regensberg, Germany

My wife and I will be traveling to Regensberg in the next few weeks, we are looking for a place to stay other than the big hotels, something more in line with a B&B or a room in a house in the old part of town, what we are looking for would not be on the internet or have a web site but would be more a "word of mouth" situation. any ideas would be great!
