just looking for where we can get breakfast on the run? staying at Hotel d'Argoulos but just want a fast breakfast to start our day.

Do you mean Hotel d'Argouges? If you do, they serve a great breakfast starting very early that's included in the price. At least it was the many times we've stayed there (love it).

An easy option is to stop in at a bakery to get a croissant and coffee. There are also nearby grocery stores where you could get fruit to take with you.
Enjoy your stay. It is a nice city and area with lovely people.
