Which part of the city is the best place to stay for a few days? Any great little hotels you know of (3-4****)?

We stayed at the t'Hotel on one of the canals. It was just a block or so from the Anne Frank house. It was very nice. We had a very large room that overlooked the canal. Very nice breakfast included daily.

I like to use specialhotels.nl when finding accommodations in the Netherlands and Belgium. It has some wonderfully, unique places!

Here are some wonderful places... the Hotel Fita is a very good place..not too much money.... the Ambassade is lovely ,but more money, and the Suite 259 is incredible... but pricey. Check them all out on the web. We have stayed at them all so these are highly recommended.
