Based on Rick's Steve's recommendation, we've stayed at the Faulhorn hotel in Switzerland in past years and have had wonderful experiences, i.e. 2002 however we do not see it recommended in his 2008 guide book. Does anyone know why and any pro or con recommendations?

... we suggest you click on "News & Events" tab at the top of this page, then when you have it on screen, click on "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page. Surely, someone at RS knows why a previously recommended hotel is no longer listed in the latest RS guide edition... P
