Does anybody know of a good bed and breakfast/hotel in the Netherlands that is actually in a windmill? I see that they are being made over into homes--maybe we could realize a childhood dream.

This isn't exactly what you asked for, but if you want to sleep in a hotel and wake up to a view of windmills, stay here (website is only in Dutch): Hotel Kinderdijk
