I don't know the exact location, but I know the rail line runs on the opposite side of the river from the chateau.

Karen...go to maps.google.com (or use google earth if you have it) and copy and paste the geographic coordinates inside the brackets (47.420730, 0.979880). That'll bring you right to the Amboise train station.
