We used miles for our 2 week trip to Spain and the return leg has departing from London. Initially we had planned on the last 4 days in Madrid and then 2 in London before flying home. Now I am thinking we should split is 3 and 3. Or do I count this as a quick intro and then plan an England/Ireland couple week adventure down the road? Thanks

Would recommend in splitting. 3 days in Madrid is suitable if you have done all of Spain you want to, and 3 days in London(which we are doing for the first time this year-4days) should be a good intro. 6 days in Madrid is too much unless you are taking day trips to Toledo .Salamanca or others areas close to Madrid.

We tack 2 or 3 days in London on the end of every trip if we can. Have been many times and still find something new along with the much-loved familiar places. For you, visiting for the first tme, 3 days will just get you acquainted. You'll be back, count on it.
