Spend the night in a castle?

We are going to Germany, Switzerland, a bit of Austria and Italy, in September. We would like to spend one night in a castle. Any recommendations?

We've done that many times as it seems there are lots of castles that have rooms for rent. A good place to start is here:

I can personally recommend Castle Colmberg...about a 15 minute car ride from Rothenberg Odt.

Also Castle Veldenstein...about a 30 minute train ride from Nurnberg. This is a very inexpensive castle with a train station about 10 minutes walking distance.
