We will be traveling to Spain the last week in December and will likely by renting a car. If we take a long drive from Madrid to Seville on Christmas day, will gas stations be open?
Yes, there are 4 of us and we are going to other cities. But we may change our mind and use the train.
Unless it's the 6th of January, you shouldn't have too many problems. Spain celebrates the Epiphany/Three Kings Day/12th day of Christmas instead of Dec. 25th.
Not what you want but - is there a good reason to drive this dismal six hours, when you could take the train in less than half the time?
Well O.K., and as above, gas stations will be open. And yes, consider train (or bus) if all you want is cities. That car will be idle and cost you extra in parking.
