Hi, I plan to travel from Sevill to Granada and would like to make a stop at Ronda. My understanding is that I can only take bus from Sevill to Ronda. The question is: How frequently the bus goes to Ronda? Can I take an early bus to Ronda and take an evening train to Granada? Is this a good plan? Thanks, Ping
' My understanding is that I can only take bus from Seville to Ronda.' - not correct, but it will be a circuitous and time consuming train journey compared to the bus. 'How frequently the bus goes to Ronda?' - see the company website - http://www.losamarillos.es/index.jsp 'Can I take an early bus to Ronda and take an evening train to Granada? Is this a good plan?' - You can have a minimum 5 hours in Ronda depending on your idea for the 'early' bus - last train Ronda to Granada leaves at 1736 - if you do not have train schedules - http://www.renfe.com/ Does this cover all?
As pointed out there is a daily commuter train to Ronda from Seville and to Granada from Ronda. But the bus probably has more frequent service.

Thanks a lot Neil and David!!
Thanks again LaRae, Neil.
Thanks for the thanks.
Hi Neil, Do you recommend buying tickets in advance? Thanks, Ping
I doubt it is necessary. I suggest you purchase the day before for your Seville to Ronda journey, for peace of mind. For the Ronda to Seville journey as soon as arriving in Ronda.
Buses are clean and safe but be aware they have no bathrooms.
