We are heading to Spain in June. Starting in Barcelona, then on to San Sebastian, Seville, Granada and finally Madrid. We will be spending at least a few days each place. Does anyone have any suggestions for what to plan on wearing during that time? Thanks for any help. I'm trying to travel light.

We were there last June and it was very hot. In Madrid it was about 100 degrees. Barcelona was much more plesant but I would back walking shorts and skirts. Definetly too hot for jeans or long pants.
Generally, in southern Spain at least, July and August are hotter than June. But the weather is unpredictable. April has been, until now, sunny but cooler than usual.
I generally wear lightweight pants - linen/cotton and a short sleeved or singlet top. I guess it also depends on what you think is hot - we are Australian so are pretty used to heat.
In my experience, June is reliably warm and you would be unlikely to need another layer of an evening.
