I will be traveling with my Mother (age 82), aunt and sister. We fly out of Malag at 9:30 am . I am looking for suggestions for a hotel for our last night in Spain, that is withing 30 minutes of the Airport. Thanks,Alice

I stayed at the Holiday Inn which was relatively close and not too bad of a price. I can't remember if they had a shuttle or not (I don't think so) You may have to take a cab. Nothing fancy but it was okay.

There is nothing of any interest in the immediate vicinity of the airport, as the Holiday Inn is, if this is a factor. All hotels in the city of Malaga could probably be described as 'within 30minutes of the airport', if taking a taxi. If you think one of these will do, advise with budget aim and/or what you might need from the hotel.
