I will be arriving at the Atocha train station in Madrid on a Saturday a few hours before I need to catch a flight at the Barajas airport. What are the best options for getting from Atocha to the airport? Thanks for the help.

I do not believe you need to look further than the express bus - http://www.emtmadrid.es/lineaaeropuerto/index.html Metro journey with a change (I think) or taxi are the other options.
