Spain: Alhambra tickets from SeviCaixa

I bought our Alhambra tickets online through ServiCaixa. I will have to retrieve the tickets from their terminal using the credit card I used for purchase and the secure code. My credit card secure code is alphanumeric. Do the ServiCaixa terminal keypads have alpha keys or are they only numeric? Thanks.

Everything that we read said the same, but, in June, when we went up to the terminals all they wanted was our credit card. Nothing more. And they would NOT give us our tickets until 9AM. Try to the Service Caxia terminals in town the night before. That might work. We got there 1st thing in the morning, and the morning light made the Alhambra magical. Have fun!

Thanks. I plan to try to get our tickets in one of their terminals in Seville before getting to Granada. Did you notice whether the key pad had letters, because my credit card secure code is composed of numbers and letters?

Thanks. This is very reassuring information. I won't worry about it now.

Josie, when we picked up our tickets they did NOT ask us to input the "secure code"...all that they wanted was the same credit card that you used to book the tickets. Nothing else....just the credit card. We had heard that they wanted a "pin" number when we booked, and when we picked up the tickets. They did not; and they did not ask for a pin or "secure code" when I went up to the machine to get my tickets.
