SOUTHEN SPAIN ITINERARY HELP

Hi,
I'm trravelling all over everywhere, nearing the end of my european trip and have seet aside 5 full sightseeing days for souther spain, afterwhich i spend two nights in Barcelona, then onto Lisbon. I have Rick's book about Sevilla, Granada and Southern Spain but I don't know which to spend teh most time in. I fly into Malaga. My primary destination is Sevilla but I might like to stay a night or so in another place or two. I live in hostels so I can spend a night here and there. what should be my order of priority? Sevilla is my main destinatin, what's next best?

Can not give you all the information you request, but will comment on Seville - Fantastic town. You might want to check out the Patio Santa Cruz Hostal in the old Jewish quarter. Did not stay there, but saw it, and will make it my home on my next trip for sure. Also, Discover Sevilla Tours - the tour guide Rafael was a local fellow and very knowledgeable...and the tour group is small, not a large assembly of so many that you can not enjoy the tour. The history in Seville is amazing - all the connections to Colubmus and the Americas astonished me. I was there in October, 2010

you should do at least 2 days each in seville and granada, and 1 extra daytrip to cordoba, if cordoba and granada are not planned yet. watching sunset on Alhambra with free live gypsy music is unforgettable - a trip without granada is a shame.
