We are now about one month away from arriving in the BO area of Switzerland. How are snow conditions looking in the Wengen and Murren areas. We are interested in hiking there and over the Kleine Scheidiigg to Grindelwald. Thank you!!

I'm going to be in Murren in a few weeks and have be monitoring the webcams. For Murren I use this one: http://www.hoteleiger.com/seiten/livecam.htm Looks like winter still has a strong grip on the area. I'm preparing for wintery conditions. It would take a lot for those snow banks in Murren to melt by May 12:)

It snowed in the Alps the past few days but the forecast shows it will be warming up soon so you won't have any problem hiking a month from now. The snow is only at the very top of the Alps anyways. It will be beautiful, you'll have a great time!
