My husband and i are planning to spend three nights in Brussels in May and wonder if any RS travelers can recommend a small hotel located in the old town that would be a good choice. We plan to train to Antwerp and ghent as day trips from Brussels. We will spend a couple of days in Bruges before arriving in Brussels. Thanks!

Hello Lynda. I stayed here a few years ago. It still gets good reviews and is about a 10 minute walk from The Grand Place. It's also within walking distance of the train station Gare Centrale. It's clean and modern. Right now prices for the middle of the week are running about $150 a night for a double. Have fun. Alma Grand Place Hotel
