Has anyone stayed at Alpenhotel Allgau near Fussen?

Kerri , did you read the reviews on tripadvisor.com, they are all pretty good, I would try it myself. I just google hotel name and the word reviews, there are reviews for this hotel( by people who have stayed there) on several sites, booking.com etc.. but i find tripaadvisor.com reveiws are best since they usually have the most so you can average out the general concensus easiest.
I took a RS tour once that stayed near Neushwanstein,, we actaully hiked/walked through a pretty forest trail to get to chateau( one lady took the bus, lol, she refused to walk much at all, but all the rest of us, including 14 children walked) so its close enough. i am trying to remember name so will post back.
