I have a 10 hour (overnight) layover in Amsterdam. Is it safe to sleep there? Are there lockers to lock up your bag (I'm doing the one bag carryon)? Or has anyone tried their Yotel.com? Thanks!

Very safe. There are lots of lockers inside the terminal. On the sub-floor above the main terminal there are lounge chairs available to fully stretch out. But I would go with the Yotel, it will be a lot more comfortable.
