Shuttles from Airport

Any suggestions for shuttle service from the CDG airport to our hotel near the Champs Elysees (and then back to the airport)? Wondering if the airlines have a free shuttle. If not a shuttle, any ideas of estimated cost of a car or taxi?

Don't have an answer to your question but you may get some answers if you make your title more specific. Many countries are covered in To The West so if you specify which airport you would get more readers of your question. Good luck!
