Shuttle Recommendation- CDG to 4th with Toddler (need baby seat)

Hi everyone, Heading to Paris this week. Looking for a recommendation for a shuttle for 4 adults and a 23 month old. We are staying in the 4th (Rue de Sévigné) and need a shuttle that has a car seat (we are not bringing ours). I have reservations with A1 Transfer Services- has anyone use them? They have not answered when I have called, so I am nervous and am leaning towards canceling, even though their rates are by far the best. Thank you!

Have you considered just taking a taxi? Probably cheaper than a shuttle for four adults and a baby. I don't know if cabs have baby seats even in this country, though.

Try Shuttle-Inter, I have used them twice, you do NOT prepay, so in worse case scernerio you don't lose out monetarily.

Go to CDG website or ORLY (the other smaller airport in Paris) and see what they have for transportation from the airport. That's how I found transportation. Our flight from Madrid was delayed, so I simply called them and told them we were delayed and they were very accommodating. There was someone waiting with a sign for us in the airport. We also used them when we left Paris early in the morning. They came on time to pick us up. Hope you have as good an experience like we did. http://www.shuttle-inter.com/?gclid=CL25_f-d8pACFQlxOAodJjrb0g

you might want to ask them on the FAQ section if they can provide you with a car seat?

Our toddler just rides in our lap and we say a lot of prayers. Child seats are not enforced here.

Our toddler just rides in our lap If the car is in an accident there is no way you could hold onto the kiddo. Kiddo will become a missile heading at those things in front of him/her with approximately the force of 10 times body weight. So a toddler hits the windscreen or front seat driver or passenger as if they were a large adult. Horrific damage to child, and to anybody they came in contact with. I've seen it. Enforced or not, please use an appropriate car seat.

Have you looked unto just using the RER? If there's only one change (or no change) you might consider that, and then you wouldn't need the car seat. When we took our 28 month old to Seattle, we used the light rail to get to our hotel from the airport. She loved riding on a train, and we didn't have to worry about installing the car seat even though we had it with us. I don't know how much baggage you're taking though.

I forgot about this one, but its well reviewed also. G7 taxi service, you order a car, the service is in english, and I am pretty s
ure they do offer carseats or at least booster seats . Look up the website anyways.

I second G7. I used them a few days ago and last year. Both times they picked us up in a van with a carseat. I didn't request it, but it was there. English speaking drivers and they take credit cards. It cost me the same as a regular taxi too. I'd request the carseat just in case it was a coincidence they always had them when I called.

Thank you to everyone. We are kind of crazy about having a car seat for our little man- so I'll check out the shuttles that were recommended and request a car seat. Having a toddler definitely makes this portion of the trip a bit stressful bc of the luggage and pram we are bringing-with the possibility of rain and not exactly knowing where we are going, we are opting for the shuttle instead of the RER (and a regular taxi won't have the car seat). Anyway, just wanted to say thanks!

I second (third?) the notion of G7. They have a website available in English, look up taxis G7 Paris, and you'll find it.
