Shower Facilities

I will be taking a night train from Paris Austerlitz to Lourdes. Information on the internet indicates that showers are available at Paris Austerlitz. Has anyone tried the showers? Are they clean? safe? Are there shower facilities at CDG Airport? Which other train stations have shower facilities?
