I am currently hunting for an apartment in Paris for 2 months. I have checked the usual sites, PAP, FUSAC and Homelidays. I am not interested in using an agency. Does anyone know of any other "rent by owner" sites or have any suggestions. I want to be in the 5th or 6 e.

I use two that Tom mentioned, vrbo and homeaway. When will you be there? Unless you are planning very far in advance you might have difficulty finding a vacancy for two entire months. In that case you might have to break up your stay into more than one apartment. Two months in Paris...I am envious!!

I have done VRBO, I am having no luck with anything. I am currently in Paris staying in a hotel. I will keep trying, Thank you for your info.

If you are already there, it is doubtful you will find a vacation rental available right now with a two month vacancy. I don't know how the regular rental market works in Paris, but it sounds like you should find a real estate rental agent of some sort that would know of short term rentals. Was this a sudden trip?
