Ok i'm short on time in Paris and i read in one of steve's books of a day trip to Paris from London. well i figure i would use his advise for what to see in Paris in one day. then spend my other time freewheeling around town, i really would like to see the Mona Lisa but i've heard the lines are long! so my problem is i can't find the book that has details of the one day excursion into Paris from London. thanks in advance

For suggestions, let us know what interests you. One bit of advice I can definately offer: If you have only a daytrip from London, skip the Mona Lisa unless you want to spend most of your time waiting in a series of lines. Other than vowing never to waste my time again waiting so long to view a painting that I have seen hundreds of times before in pictures, I gained nothing from actually seeing it in person.
