Should I fly or is there a train that is efficient? If I fly which airlines as I am not familiar with the international airlines? tx

Probably fly as train connections between the two are not goog. It is a local flight -domestic not international

Any recommendation for a domestic carrier? Or maybe which NOT to use? If I get enough feedback , it will clue me in.
