Does anyone know if you can purchase the SCNF senior pass and have it sent to the US? I don't mean a eurail pass. This one is good for 25-50% off ticket prices for one year.

It doesn't appear so. The page to fill out your information does not contain USA in the dropdown list for countries to which they will ship the pass. You could possibly use a hotel address in Paris...just make sure you watch the effective date. You could try to call them direct at 011-33-8-9235-3539

Why don't you buy the pass on your first day in France? They sell it in every station, and all you need is a photo. (and of course papers to justify you age)
