Are senior citizen rates in Austria limited to EU citizens? Is it better to use ISIC card for educators than asking for the senior citizen rate? Thanks Ron

"Senior citizen rates"? For what? Austrian Rail has a Vorteil (advantage) card that gives discounts on train travel for anyone, and the price is reduced for Sr. citizens, but you have to use it enough to pay for the card. See their website. Change to English, then click on "Customer cards" > "Vorteil cards".
