Self-service laundromat in Toulon, France

Cruise stopping in Toulon for about 8 hours. Would like to do our laundry while there. Anyone know where there is a self-service laundromat close to the cruise docks?

You didn't ask, so I will mention almost all cruise ships have a laundromat on board. It's easy to put a load in before lunch or dinner, dry it afterwards. Last cruise we took did not charge for self serve laundry, free detergent, too. Three washers and three dryers on my floor.

Thanks for the info. Do you know if Norwegian Cruise Lines offers that service?

We are going to be in Toulon next week (non-cruise) and will need to do laundry while there, anyone in the know on where to get a quick wash-n-dry in?

Hi Chris, tell me which ship you will be on and I'll look at the deck plan, if the font isn't too tiny. Or, you can call Norwegian and ask the first person who answers- probably a reservation agent; or call your travel agent & have her look at the deck plan. All the ships will do your laundry for you at a hefty price.

Thanks. I checked with Norwegian Cruise Lines and they don't have a self-service laundry on their ships. As you said, they would be happy to do it for a high price.

Chris, I AM surprised! Sorry to hear, & thanks for the info. I know Carnival had an onboard fire many years ago from the lint catching fire. Just looked on some NCL deck plans and thought perhaps the laundry rooms weren't marked.
