I'm looking for a self-catering cottage in Normandy for about a week next June, preferably something in the countryside around Isigny-Sur-Mer, Bayeux, or St. Lo but open to other areas nearby. I'd also consider a small bed and breakfast. Any suggestions? Just for two people.

We stayed in a lovely apartment in Bayeux for two weeks. It was named La Guillume and was right next to the cathedral. It was just lovely.
I recommend a web search for gites or holiday rentals in Normandy. You will see many choices. We got this one from gites.com.
