I am looking for a good night cruise on the Seine while my husband and I are in Paris in July. There is one by Viator but it mentions a bus.....do not care about getting on a bus, just want the cruise. Any suggestions?

Down at the Eiffel Tower, by the carousel , there are stairs down to a dock and two different companies run cruises from their. That's where we got on. It is narrated with headphones.

The two companies running boats from near Notre-Dame are Vedettes du Pont Neuf http://www.vedettesdupontneuf.com/ and Bateaux Parisiens http://www.bateauxparisiens.com/cruise-tours-paris/departing-from-notre-dame.html. They use smaller boats than the more famous company, Bateaux Mouches. The Vedettes du Pont Neuf website offers "Internet Ticket with Reduction" (lower prices are always good).
