Been to Seville and Toledo. Is it good to also go for day trip to to Sergovia? Have couple of days to spare in Madrid.

Segovia is worth at least a day trip. By bus, make it a day trip from Madrid. By car, you could see El Escorial and the Valley of the Fallen en route to Segovia. Segovia is a joy at night, perhaps you could do an overnight?

We did both Segovia and Avila on the same day from Madrid by bus. We were glad we did both.

Segovia is a must! It has it all - One of the best preserved Roman aqueducts anywhere, Romanesque and gothic churches, incredible castle, stunning landscape (and excellent food - don't forget the cochinillo).
