Seeing Paris at night

I've done the Seine cruise at night. I used Bateaux Mouches, but there are other companies, also. I really enjoyed it and would highly recommend it.

We also really enjoyed a Seine river cruise. I can't remember which company we used, but were able to print a coupon before we left or buy our tickets online or something and saved a couple of dollars. It was not a dinner cruise, no wine or anything, just a boat ride, and it was nice (but cold...we went in October!). Make sure you go by the Louvre at night. It's beautiful. Some of my favorite photos from my trips to Paris are of the Louvre at night. I've read that there is an evening fat tire bike tour that looks like fun. If you're more active, that might be enjoyable, and you'd see different things than you would from the river, I'm guessing.

I took the segway tour and it was lots of fun to tootle around and our guide was very interesting, history with lots of anecdotes. One evening I just walked along the Seine with my camera and tripod, from Notre Dame to Pont Alexandre - with a detour to the courtyard of the Louvre. Wonderful. Take a dinner picnic to the Trocadero steps and watch the Eiffel tower.
