Secure transfer of funds

I left some Euros with my relative who lives in NL. I am going to Spain and need the Euros. Do they have Cashier's Checks just like ours, so he could mail me a C.C. of the funds, and I could take it to a bank and cash it without a huge charge? Thanks, Beach Bum

I'd suspect he can figure it out from there. My experience is before the Euro when each country was different, but I know they used to do a bank check that could be cashed fairly easily.
